About this Role
Parexel are currently recruiting for experienced Global Study Operations Manager in France and the UK.
In this role, the Global Study Operations Manager will be responsible for global study activities from start up through conduct and study close. The Global Study Operations Manager has responsibility for study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.
These will be fully remote home-based positions.
Some specifics about this advertised role
Global Study level implementation of Start-up and Site Activation Plans
Responsible for global/regional study level Recruitment Strategy
Responsible to support the development of global study level plans
Communication with both global and local teams, internal stakeholders and CRO partner as applicable and as listed above to ensure efficient and timely study delivery of the agreed plans
Responsible for study vendor management and oversight including follow up and coordination of vendor deliverables
The Global Study Operational Manager will be able to work independently and exercise their own judgement.

Here are a few requirements specific to this advertised role.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical trial management experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.
M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential.
Prior and demonstrable experience working at a senior level within Study start up preferred.
