Technical Logistics Specialist
At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life‑changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Technical Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Logistics Specialist, you’ll be joining a fast‑paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life‑changing difference to patients by supporting the setup, maintenance, and quality oversight of clinical trial logistics systems and data. What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Build, maintain, and structure datasets used for clinical trial logistics reporting.
- Analyze and transform data, including data conversion, merging, filtering, and quality review.
- Create operational and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional CTS&L teams to support logistics planning and execution.
- Coordinate system setup activities in alignment with project requirements and SOPs.
- Implement updates and ensure proper documentation within ICH‑GxP guidelines.
- Assess system outputs to ensure accuracy and readiness for project milestones.
- Manage technical files, logs, and project records.
- Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and data processes.
Additional details
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field) required.
- Experience in a laboratory, scientific, or technical environment preferred.
- Strong comfort working with digital tools, structured data, and relational database concepts (no programming required, but a “programming mindset” is essential)
- Ability to work fully home‑based in Argentina.
- Fluency in English required.
- Familiarity with ICH‑GxP or regulated environments is a plus.
