Technical Logistics Specialist

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life‑changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Technical Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Logistics Specialist, you’ll be joining a fast‑paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life‑changing difference to patients by supporting the setup, maintenance, and quality oversight of clinical trial logistics systems and data. What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • Build, maintain, and structure datasets used for clinical trial logistics reporting.
  • Analyze and transform data, including data conversion, merging, filtering, and quality review.
  • Create operational and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional CTS&L teams to support logistics planning and execution.
  • Coordinate system setup activities in alignment with project requirements and SOPs.
  • Implement updates and ensure proper documentation within ICH‑GxP guidelines.
  • Assess system outputs to ensure accuracy and readiness for project milestones.
  • Manage technical files, logs, and project records.
  • Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and data processes.

Additional details

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field) required.
  • Experience in a laboratory, scientific, or technical environment preferred.
  • Strong comfort working with digital tools, structured data, and relational database concepts (no programming required, but a “programming mindset” is essential)
  • Ability to work fully home‑based in Argentina.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Familiarity with ICH‑GxP or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Ideal for candidates seeking to transition from hands‑on lab work to a more data‑ and system‑focused role.
