Job Introduction:

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Senior Digital Adoption (DAP) - WalkMe to join our team. As a Senior DAP, you will play a vital role in the ongoing development of technology solutions working closely with the WalkMe COE team members and business subject matter experts to design, build, and test digital adoption platform solutions – in-application performance support – to ensure that our organization is getting the most out of our digital assets.

Who we are looking for:

Innovative individuals with proven experience working as a Senior DAP or in a similar role. Who are passionate and knowledgeable of WalkMe to help the business, strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including operations and L&D, to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with internal teams (BA Digital Adoption, IT developers, business SMEs, training) to help develop, build, test, and maintain WalkMe content.
• Setup and utilize segmentation to define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in the appropriate format, and in a timely matter.
• Design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to ensure timely delivery of release specific content the ensures software readiness and change management.
• Partner with solution owners and internal team members to ensure continuity of WalkMe content in supported systems through each system release cycle.

Technical Skills:

Expert level skills in the digital adoption technology WalkMe (3+ years’ experience required). HTML and JQuery experience required. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, workflows, videos, or pictures. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand a problem and test from multiple angles to derive the best path to resolution. Bachelor’s degree or other relevant qualification/experience required. WalkMe certification or equivalent required.
