About this Role
Key Accountabilities
- Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.
- Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.
- Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.
- Understand client-specific acumen.
- Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid sourcing and candidate relationship building skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting
- The ability to use diverse software in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates.
- Comfortable with cold-call prospecting, networking, marketing, sourcing and recruiting.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.
Language Skills
- At least fluent in English (verbal and written)
- At least fluent in Japanese (verbal and written)
- Fluent in Mandarin
Minimum Work Experience
- At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition (in-house recruitment, employment agencies, social media representatives, etc.) related experience
