Senior Contract Specialist / シニアコントラクトスペシャリスト(臨床開発プロジェクト・人月計算契約書作成業務)

Microsoft Excelを多用しての予算管理業務となるため、Excelの習熟レベル上級必須。英語ビジネスレベルを求めます。
  • お客様からのプロジェクトの発注を受けて、既存のテンプレートに基づいて契約書作成を行う。(受注前にお客様に提出したプロポーザルに基づいて契約書を作成するため、プロポーザルチームとハンドオーバーミーティングを持ち、詳細確認する)
  • エクセルを用いて予算、コスト管理を行う
  • プロジェクト開始後、スコープに変更が生じた場合は、追加費用の算出、変更契約書の作成等、必要な書類の改訂を行う。

• Prepare draft contract documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders in conjunction with relevant departments
• Amend project budgets as required
• Direct client interaction with established contacts
• Provide quality client deliverables to strict deadlines
• Facilitate review and approval in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
• Participate in contract review meetings with clients and internal customers
• Review client contractual templates and edit as appropriate to ensure PAREXEL’s positions are covered and to highlight areas of potential concern
• Ensure contracts with client edits received back from the client show all the appropriate changes
• Ensure contractual documents are processed into and maintained in relevant databases


  • エクセル操作に習熟していること(マクロを組めなくてもいいが、各種関数等が使用できること)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(読む、書く、話す、聞く)
  • 自ら課題を解決でき、チームのリーダーとなるBehavior
  • 契約書作成経験
  • ヘルスケア業界(CRO、医薬品メーカー等)での業務経験

• Ideally - experienced Contract Management, Procurement or Proposal/Budget Development professional who is ideally familiar with the Clinical Research industry
• Ability to lead internal discussions and external negotiations with clients, always working to strict deadlines
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Confidently deal with all internal and external staff levels
• Negotiation skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management and oral and written communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills to be able to develop, interrogate and explain budgets internally and to clients
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in contract management, proposal development or related field
• Knowledge of clinical trials and/or industry experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases)
